Sammie's

I have relatives in Lindenhurst, Illinois and I live in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. There was an untimely death in the family. I could not get to Lindenhurst in time for the Funeral. I found Sammies in the Yellow Pages and called them right out of the blue. I spoke to a very cheerful helpful women, I am sorry I cannot remember her name. Over the telephone on a Saturday afternoon several weeks ago we planned a menu of Italian Beef, buns, etc. to be delivered the very next day Sunday at 11:00am. I called the family to have them aware of the food coming (this was the day after the funeral). I then found out there were more guests staying in the home and we needed more food. I called Sammies back that Saturday afternoon and ordered extra portions etc. for the delivery the next day.



Everything arrived on time on Sunday, there was plenty of food and I received many "Thank You" Notes for the delicious meal that arrived on time and was such a help for the grieveing family and relatives. To think I had such wonderful help in time of need by just picking up the telephone and calling Sammies to do the "cooking" for me... because I could not be there myself!

I sure appreciate you and your pleasant helpful staff, not to mention the delicious food!
