I purchased a used lawn mower from AA Power Equipment at Roswell and discovered, at the first use, that it's broken!

They convinced me to purchase the used mower, claiming that it works fine. After working with it for about 10 minutes I have found that it isn't the case - It was consistently turned off every 2 minutes. When I called them to clarify the issue I didn't get a substantive response. In addition, they refused to refund me for the entire amount (offered only ~30% of the refundable amount).

For me - they have failed in integrity!

I will never work with them again!

The service was on time, fast and hassle free! They were helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude! I won't hesitate to use this company again if ever needed and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Everything was done so good and fast turnaround time. I highly recommend this company. This is something that I would use again

Brought my 12-year old lawn mower in for repair. Was told it would take about a week. Repairs were done in four days. Looks/Runs like it's brand new
