I did go here before we got insurance but the Dr was great and when I told her the problems I was having she was concerned that she should check for and eliminate one major problem first! So she had me go right then to have a MRI and though I didn’t have that specific problem they discovered a grapefruit size Brain Tumor and sent me straight to the emergency room at Erlanger where I had surgery and if they had not done that test I wouldn’t be here today!!!

The first thing you should understand about this place is that it caters to the low income consumer. They have a sliding scale system that starts at $25 and goes up based on your income. You will need to provide proof of income. If you are not employed you will need to go to the IRS office and file your taxes and bring that in as proof income.

It's best to have an appointment, but they do walk-ins as well. Now, I don't know of many doctors offices that actually see patients on time anymore-they're all trying to squeeze in as many patients as possible, including this office. Even with an appointment, you are likely to wait an average of 45 minutes, but be sure to arrive on time, because like any other office, they will cancel your appointment if you are more than 10-15 late.

Also, if you are trying to get prescriptions for narcotics (pain killers), they are very resistant (like many offices), due to amount of people that abuse these drugs. If you want pain killers, you must prove to them that you have a very legitimate reason to be on them. You will need to show them that you are doing what you can to reduce your pain through physical therapy, even if you do it at home, and get yourself on the local pain management waiting list. They will not give you a large prescription, or refills, and you have to get your prescriptions exclusively through them (to make sure you are not abusing the drugs).

As for their dental services, they will pull up to 4 teeth at a time, at $60 bucks a visit. You will have to drive to their Trenton office, and they don't do much more than pulling teeth, but call them up if you need something else done.

The staff tend to be kind of jaded, and don't have the friendliest bedside manner, but treat them respectfully and they will do the same. You'd be surprised about how many people argue and yell at them.

They do have a prescription assistance program, and you can ask if they have any of your prescriptions that haven't been picked up by their patients, or samples, for a discount.

This place is a waist of time and money. I went there yesterday as told by the ER DR. the day before and the ER Dr had also stated I needed a MRI for my back (as I have had issues for several years) the nurse practitioner Jamie said I couldn't have a mri b/c I just had a x-ray which isn't true b/c I spoke with the Ins company. She also said they do not write narcotics at which time I told her I wasn't asking for that I was asking for a MRI and a refferal to a back dr. then she proceeded to state there was obviously nothing wrong with me since the ER didnt write any pain pills which around here they don't always do that due to the abuse of them here . I would not take my dog to this place!

I actually did recomend this place to my friend, I went there to have work done on my teeth and I was very pleased at the results I recieved. The staff were very friendly to me and I got my smile back. Thank you Dr. Perez. The prices were also better than anyone else that quoted me for the work I needed done. This facility saved me around $400. I was so greatful for that as well. but the best thing is, I got my smile back in a very timely manner.

don't bother-facility is restricted from writing anything for pain(?), three hour waits, I went recently for 'immediate dentures', assistant said impossible, teeth have to be all pulled before impression could be made, contrary to what their own dentist told me. Rather than ask the dentist, she just took me back out. Staff really seems incompetent. Sent complaint to facility, no response. waste of time and money.
