SERVICE NOW PLUMBING

Stay away. Jimmy came out (who gave a lot of false promises). After reassuring me that for $900 my sprinklers would be up and running and his tech would go over the whole system and explain all issues to me. $1350 later and after the tech is gone I have a pipe sticking out of the ground that is shooting water (this was not happening prior to his visit) and several sprinkler stations will not turn on. Called Jimmy and he sent his tech back out who was very rude, treated me like I was cheap after spending $1350 for 3 sprinkler valves and 2 broken pipes. At first he told me he would have fixed the broken pipe had he noticed it and 2 minutes later he said he noticed it but set that broken pipe to a station that doesn't go off. Here comes the best part, he wanted to charge me $150 service call to come back out... To fix the stuff the he messed up and should have discussed with me 12 hours prior when I paid $1350. When I said I didn't think a service fee was fair he said: "just because you used our services yesterday, doesn't mean that we will provide future services for free." SERIOUSLY??? Do the job right the first time! Rip off, overpriced and rude!!! Stay away!

I wouldn't give them a fraction of a star! But it makes you choose at least 1.....NEVER EVER use this company. They are all about charging you up the $$$! They came to put in one line with 3-4 sprinklers and replace front yard (very small) flower garden area sprinklers...... well I think the pictures that I submitted just a few minutes ago - you can tell for yourself, that even my 9 year old son could tell the work was that of a child! Look at the pictures! This is now visable from the street.... I really believe me knowing nothing about sprinklers could have done a MUCH better job! I am so horrified that this company is actually in business! Did I mention that it cost OVER $2,000 to do what they did!

Don't use this company! They are WAY overpriced. They fixed a valve for me ($250)and told me that the wire connecting the valve to the controler needed to be replaced and that it would cost $400. A few weeks later a pipe broke close to where they fixed the valve. I called them again and they said it would cost $275 to replace! Come on, I have replaced broken pipes before and it takes an hour at most. I called another company and they replaced it for $88 and re-connected the wire without haveing to replace it, saving me the $400. These guys are scammers. Do NOT use them!!!!

Service now Plumbing (Cost Less Rooter and Plumbing) does phenomenal work at exceptionally competitive prices. I recently had to have my sewer line and water main replaced. I had two estimates before and there is no way I would pay the price the other plumbers were asking for. And these other companies made me wait at the house for a 3-hour period, always showing up at the end of the time frame they gave me. But when I met Rick, one of the most honest and upfront professionals I have ever met, I went with Service now. He answered every question I had in simple terms that even I could understand! On top of that, he called me at work when he was about a half hour away from the house so I didn't have to take a half day off work just to meet him. Nothing like only taking an hour off work to meet him when everyone else was a half-day ordeal. I can't say enough about the job they did for me. Everything went according to plan, he was true to his word. I highly recommend Service Now Plumbing.
