        We aim to please!

        The one bad review on this page was a customer who tried to get work done for free. He was taken to small claims court and lost vowing to destroy our family owned business. We care about our customers and work hard to keep our customers satisfied!

        I have used this company for 5 years. They have excellent service and a top notch staff. Very professional. They make coming home a pleasure because my house is so clean!

        Terrible!!!

        Absolutely the worst service. All the girls were young and lazy. They gave an estimate of time and exceeded that exponentially!! We had to fire them because they were so bad!!! The owner is unwilling to negotiate or take responsibility for their employees laziness. Do not waste your time and call them!!

        This person was taken to small claims court in Placer County for non-payment. He lost and the court ordered him to pay. He also made fraudulent claims to the Better Business Bureau who also denied his claim when court documents were provided. He vowed to destroy our family busines with bad reveiws etc. Maid In America is willing to make available the public court documents exposing this libel and slanderous behavior.
