I called and booked an appointment a week in advance and confirmed my date and time. They even told me I’d be seeing the same doctor as last time. When I arrived, they could not find my appointment in the system despite the fact that my information was indeed updated since I had moved since my last visit so it was clear the error was on their end. Instead of making it right for me, they told me I could wait in the waiting room “for who knows how long because it’s not a scheduled appointment” (even though I did have one and someone on their end messed it up) and so that’s where I currently am where I could be waiting for up to 4 hours due to their error.

I recommend finding a place that values their clients more than this for yourself.

Just had LASIK with Dr. Reed. I loved how they told me exactly what and why I was a good candidate. I didn't feel pressured to schedule my surgery. The office staff was accommodating and thorough with each measurement and test. Dr. Reed is a delightful gentleman who explained the procedure completely and the rare but inherent risks associated with the procedure. I did everything (cleansing and drops) as explained prior to the surgery. The day of surgery was a breeze. It was a fast and painless procedure. The morning after surgery I called the office to see about switching my post op time and they were very accommodating. I am so happy and look forward to continued improvement in my Vision. ❤️ Griffin & Reed ❤️

Not overly impressed. Profit over patient care appears to be the priority. A little on the pricey side. Receptionists not friendly. Though assistants were very nice. With that said, my mother used to like them very much - though her wallet is glad she switched.
