        The technician, Sergio, who inspected and cleaned our central heating unit was prompt, courteous, and professional. He didn't try to sell me anything, but provided clear information about the condition of our 25 year old system and, when I asked for it, gave general information about maintenance, replacement options, and costs. I highly recommend the company and will use them again.
