Joe's Wash N Go Car Wash

I would rate this business with a HUGE MINUS if I could. I put three single dollars, and it was NO WATER at all. Horrible service!!!

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Similar to the other prior reviews: I tried this car wash several years ago, and the automatic wash never worked. It never opened the doors to let me drive in. I swore I would not come back.

Today I decided to give it another try. First the credit card reader wouldn't accept my card. On the 3rd try, it did. Then the car wash stopped short just before drying the car. Buzzers went off, and lights were all on, frozen. Finally the exit door opened and drove my wet car out.

Pretty pathetic. Why do you even try to stay in business? The site would be better off as a park-and-ride.

I went to get the deep-winter salt off my car, planning to use the automatic wash. The automatic was down- fine. I went to an unoccupied manual wash, put in my $3, the system started, but the hose nozzle was FROZEN into its holder. I could do nothing to get it dislodged. I tried calling their phone number three times to request a refund, and it just rings and rings until the line goes dead. I will never (literally) waste my money here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Automatic washer wasn't accepting cards, coin slot was jammed with quarters. Out of the 3 vacuums only 1 was in order and the head kept falling off the hose, barely had suction. Just a run down car wash; will travel the 5 miles to New Paltz.
