Affordable Oil

Realized how low our tank was on a Friday night (our fault) and left Affordable Oil a message telling them the situation. Heard nothing back Saturday, which lead to another call and another message having to be left... Here we are Monday... out of oil. Thanks Affordable Oil.

Started off as a very pleasant experience. They were very understanding and willing to help. I needed a next day delivery of kerosene and they were able to make that happen. Then I placed the order. From this point forward, my experience went downhill. After placing the order I told them I needed an afternoon delivery , that mornings were out of the question for me. I was told that they were busy and I could not be given a window until the following morning , but as they were busy I could lean towards a late afternoon delivery. Perfect. I am outside working on my tank to get it ready for the oil. I call them at 9 am this morning for them to tell me the driver is on his way to my location. Driver shows up ( very nice man ) and I had to turn him away as I was not ready for him. Was told to call the shop when ready. It is now noon time and I call the shop. At which point this gets to its worse point. So as I was connected the woman immediately notes I turned the driver away. I explained my situation and how this is exactly why I requested an afternoon delivery . At which point she became rude to me in her explanation that they don't do time requests and tickets fall as where they land. This got to the point where I said this isn't working out I think I am going to cancel my order, all I got was a quick female dog like okay and was hung up on. This entire experience has made me feel that there is nothing but the care for money, as good costumer service would have kept my business. To them it was just one less customer. Shameful .

Great Fuel Company! Always the cheapest around and usually same day delivery. I only give it 4 stars because they do not service the equipment and it is hard to find a decent oil burner person especially in the winter. Ive had to switch ol companies before just to be able to get a service man.

The other reviewer probaly was on automatic delivery and thats why they got an unwanted delivery.

I have used this company for 10 years and never had an issue or problem. Great service and cheap priced oil.

If you want a company that will rip you off and fill your oil tank when you do not want it filled and bill you outrageous amounts of money to do so, then by all means make sure that you go with them. The office will call you to no end and make idol threats about things that are beyond your control. If you want to throw money out the window by all means please go with them, if you want good customer services and a better price not to mention a company that cares about customer please go somewhere else.

I have used them for several years! byfar the friendlist, quickest and best oil service ever!
