I also purchased the "detailed clean" and what a joke. I had them come to my home and they really didn't clean much. The floors were still dirty and most things were untouched. A mop was run over the floor but it wasn't cleaned. Basically they came in and ran a swiffer like mop over the floor and dusted a few things and that was about it. It was a very BASIC clean and not at all worth the money!! Also it took a while just to get a return phone call and they have several different phone numbers listed. I called and asked why my house was done this way and I was told that they can't take the time to clean clean every house. I thought that was the point. I told her that on the list of the deal I paid for they were supposed to clean the range hood and take a toothbrush to the faucets and really clean it and she didn't even know what I was talking about. I asked for a boss and she said she was. Save your money people and get a reputable company. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Paid for "detail cleaning." But, they only did very, very, very basic surface cleaning and not the full detail as advertised. Called to speak with someone. They said they would call me back after they spoke with cleaning crew but never did. Don't waste your money.
