We had a great buying experience! But ... actually getting the product has been a nightmare. Several hours of calling to get answers, never a proactive call from representatives even after recognition there is any issue on their end. 6 weeks after purchase, 3 days of staying home from work for "confirmed" deliveries that never came, promises of phone calls with solutions yet no phone calls, and still not delivered in full. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Wouldn't recommend buying from here unless you take the product home that day.

Quick and efficient help with making the purchase of dining room set. There was confusion about getting the delivery scheduled but that was resolved quickly when I called because my furniture didn't arrive on the scheduled day.

We had a great experience with Ashley. We were looking for a quality twin mattress for our sons bed. We looked at several other stores first and finally found what we were looking for, at a great price at Ashley. The salesman was very helpful and our purchase was delivered earlier than expected.

We bought a bed from this Ashley's Furniture. Bee is amazing. The staff were very friendly and we're no overbearing which was great! Thank you!

My wife and I recently purchased a dining room table and chairs at Ashley Furniture. Our salesperson was very helpful and at the same time never pushy. The store armosphere was very pleasant and I would recommend this store to anyone needing furniture. This store has furnished most of our home!! My Daugther is getting ready to move in to s home of her own and I know we will be heading to Ashley furniture!!

Ordered a beautiful bench from Ashley over the phone. The staff were friendly, helpful and very easy to deal with. The bench was delivered on time as scheduled and I love it!

I recently purchased two rooms of furniture from Ashley's in Rogers, Arkansas. I already had an Ashley chair that was about five years old and the sales lady that assisted me was able to help me match it with complementary items. I was so disappointed with items purchased at another local store just two years ago and already needing replacement - what I bought at Ashley's is so much more comfortable and so much more appropriate for the room space. I loved the saleswoman who worked with me - she made the whole ordeal just plain fun. She will be my go to person to help me with any future purchases as long as she works at Ashley's.

Ten years ago we bought a bedroom set and this year we bought two couches from Ashley's in Rogers, AR. Although I can tell that they aren't made to last 20 years, for the price they are well worth it and comfortable. The sales people were helpful, although not always familiar with the specifics of some of the couches we looked at.

In my opinion...a classic case of bait and switch. Purchased leather LR set (sofa and love seat) and immediately knew something just wasn't right. Two of their furniture "experts" came to my home, on two occasions, and failed to recognize that the physical frame is not the same as the floor model. It is missing supports and sags under the weight of a 6 year old.

We were told that, literally after 1 week of ownership, our issue is normal wear and tear, that the amount of money only gets aesthetics and not function, that the materials are not the same as were used 15 years ago and that Ashley does not warranty comfort.

Their director of customer service admitted, himself, that there could have been a design change...but our only option is to replace with the same set ( a recommendation one of the aforementioned experts said he wouldn't recommend himself) or get store credit. There is nothing else, on the floor, that we are at all interested in. He confirmed they would not sway from their stance and policy and instructed me "to do what I needed to do."

They broke our contract the moment they delivered inferior product; product that is clearly different than their showroom model.

We love our new furniture from Ashley Furniture in Rogers! The quality of our new bedroom set is excellent! They had a large showroom with lots of choices too! The saleslady who handled our purchase was outstanding:) This was a great buying experience!
