Jacob was a very professional salesman.

Our salesman was Drew and he did a wonderful job for my husband and I. We had to bring our kids with us which would normally be a chore but they had a play area for the little ones. My daughter didn't even want to leave. We were only there for 2 hours and we drove out of there with the exact car we wanted. My husband and I could not have asked for better service.

I was very displeased with dealings with them. I sold my car to them at the end of september. we gathered belongings out of the car and left. Altho they did not pay for my car what they SAID they were going to, we made the deal anyway.

After leaving I realized there was a CD in the car still. I called and told them about it. they told me they got it and I could come get it. I told them I lived an hour and a half away and asked if they could mail it. They said they would. I waited over a week and called back. I was told that they didnt know why i didnt have it "o wait it came back". they verified my mailing address (which they had correct because i received my payoff check at this address) and said the would REmail it. Again i waited and nothing.

i called back several more times, each time getting the same answer "hmm i dont know why you havent gotten it. we will remail it". (why would you need to remail it if you sent it out???)

i finally asked to speak to the manager. he told me that he was sorry. he couldnt find the cd, and that he would send me a check for $20 to replace it. ok fair...however that check never came. i called back, and he verified my address AGAIN and said he checked with accounting and he doesnt know why nothing was ever sent to me. said he would get right on it. again i waited. again NOTHING!

I called him numerous times and each time got the same answer IF he even answered at all.

here it is 3 1/2 months later and i STILL do NOT have either a CD or a check to replace the cd in return!!!!

the customer service leaves a little something to be desired.
