Rockville Code Enforcement

Here is my experience with this police force that I pay Montgomery county taxes for. I've been woken up for the past six month at 6:30am every morning by a construction site next to the town center. I have notified this police force on many occasions before 7am. Since the noise has continued I decided to look observe how officer Ceel decided to handle my call. With my very eyes all he did was sit in his car wait until the clock ticked 7am and left. As furious as I was I asked the crew to stop myself. One crew pulled up his shirt and gave me the finger. Officer Ceel witnesses this and continues to sit in his car. I'm completely unhappy with my experience with this force. This all happened today on September 2 2016. I'm going to continue to comment on this issue until this stops.
