At Jan Active Therapy, we provide one-on-one treatment that caters specifically to each individual. Our analysis uses a holistic approach that looks at the entire body to see what is causing your pain. We offer various forms of manual therapy including Dry Needling, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Grastin, Strain Counterstrain, Muscle Energy Techniques. We also implement a Postural Restoration Institute approach that looks specifically at posture biomechanics involving breathing and gait. Our philosophy?
