Really easy and smooth home inspection process. I am buying out of state and met with Ron for the inspection. He was thorough, patient, and detail oriented. Ron of HTI Home Inspections is who you want to call if you're buying a house/apt in the Rockville, MD area. He spent a good 90 mins on our inspection and we could not have felt more comfortable going ahead with the home buying process after that.



We were especially concerned about the condition of the roof as stress fractures were visible on the ceiling. It turns out the roof was fine and Ron just recommended that we actually clean the gutters more often as they were getting clogged with leaves/debris and preventing water from running off the roof.



He checked everything from the water pipes to the individual stove burners to make sure everything worked. He also gave us tips about where to find cheap kitchen cabinets as we were thinking about replacing ours. His pricing is also very reasonable. Ron is prompt and responsive via email and via phone. Could not be happier with using him for our inspection!

Ron is a great inspector with a team that has just as much knowledge as he does. His report was very easy to read for my agent, myself and the seller. Ron from HTI Home Inspection was very professional. As a first time home buyers, we appreciated easy and fast appointment. He done Termite, Radon, Septic and additionally free Pest inspection. The report included photos and maintenance tips. Ron pointed even minor issues what helped us to request repairs from the seller to avoid future problems. Ron did the home inspection on the house I am buying - he was very thorough, professional and explained what is covered and not covered by the inspection. He showed us where main switch for water, heat, etc. was which was really helpful. We recently had Ron Romans of HTI Home Inspections conduct a home inspection on our home and we were extremely pleased with his work. He did all the necessary checks and was extremely knowledgeable. Home Inspection of New Construction Condo- I hired HTI Home Inspections to attend the walk through of my condo before closing in order to help me identify any major issues and any items to include on a punch list for the builder to complete. Ron Roman was very professional and identified numerous issues that needed to be addressed before closing. Had I not hired HTI, I would have closed with various items not identified that I would have most likely had to fix on my own in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home inspector. They are well worth the money for the peace of mind and quality inspection you receive.
