Best Tile

Not the best customer service when you initially arrive. You wander around waiting for someone to assist you, and then when you ask for help they inform you that you have to complete a sign up sheet. Even after completing the sign up sheet, when they are done with a customer, they walk past you, totally ignoring you and you don't get any help till they call your name, even though there may be no other customers around. In addition, even though I had signed up, and other people had wandered in without signing up, once or twice the staff approached them directly and started working with them. Not a pleasant experience, the staff need to discriminate less and treat all efficiently and equally.
