B&B Air and Heat

B&B sent out two professional technicians who adjusted and cleaned my system and now it is running top notch I would recommend them to all my friends. It was really nice to have such excellent treatment.

Shame on me - fooled me one but then I let it happen again.Their annual service contracts amount to a quick check that diagnoses nothing.A metal pan rusted through right after having them service the unit for 2 straight years - the rust on the condensate collection pan was never noted! Even after water was leaking through the rusted out pan and filling the emergency overflow tray (attic unit) and eventually shorted out the electronic circuitry B&B could not diagnose the real problem - they attempted two 'repairs' never even getting close to figuring out the obvious!
