the receptionist is an impatient person who does not now how to speak to elderly people. I know the place has a lot of business, but if this one with her attitude keeps taking the calls more people might take a stand and go somewhere else.(after all there ARE ALOT OF OTHER PLACES TO GO). she is lucky to have a job if she don't like it she should take her rude self somewhere else. attitude adjustment is needed, I hope all that answer the phone are not so abrupt. -posted by a former medical office receptionist in a multi physician practice.
