        This was a very bad experience for my wife and I. The amount of problems were staggering and too long to list here. Nothing went as they said it would. I called the corporate headquarters and they did not return my calls. If it wasn't for James, the regional installation manager, stepping in to correct all the errors, the job would have never been completed. Absolutely no one that works there except for James is worth a grain of salt. Shame on you Window World.
