Nobody would I recommend to use the services of these guys. We hired them to remodel our kitchen for $40,000+. You have no control on the people they hire to do the job. If the quality of the work is poor, you can't do anything. The carpenter named Greg did a very sloppy job on all the cabinets in the kitchen. He boasted to us that he had a much better job in a hotel. Can you imagine that? In the end I ended up completing the cabinets myself because I couldn't trust the quality of their wok anymore.

I contracted on a shower door installation on 25 May. It is now 13 Jun & I still don't have a shower door that should have been installed on 1 Jun according to them. I have followed up on 3 separate occasions; they never called to say they would not show or explain there was a delay. When I asked would there be any recompense, Chris Fuller became very hostile & rude. I informed him I no longer wanted their service & asked for partial reimbursement of my deposit; to bill me for the work they done. His yelling increased & I hung up the phone. Moments later he followed up with an email as if we did not have a heated discussion moments earlier letting me know they would come Wednesday or Thursday. I responded to let him know that I was uncomfortable with him or his contractors entering my home. I now will be working with BBB &/or small claims court to get a partial refund on my deposit. Very frustrated & still without a shower door.



Changing their business name does not change the people.

do NOT use this place. They will quote you whatever they can to get your business, and then they don't stand behind their products or actions. When you ask them to fix something, they say "we didn't make any money on you," and we are through. And then proceed to cuss you out, saying to "shut your f#%@ mouth." Yes I was cussed out by the owner Chris. They damaged my new walls, and I had asked them to fix it. This was the end result. Do NOT use this place. The only reason they have 1 star, is because I had to place atleast one due to the yellow pages site.
