        Thank you for your recent inquiry about Colon Hydrotherapy. I am an I-ACT Certified Colon Hydro Therapist and Instructor with eighteen years of experience in the profession and also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Cornerstone offers hygienic and comfortable Colon Hydrotherapy, using disposable equipment and multi-filtered water. The use of a FDA cleared; self-sanitizing system allows the temperature and pressure to be regulated while maintaining maximum safety. Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the large intestine, without the use of drugs. By gently introducing filtered and temperature-regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through natural peristalsis. This process is repeated a few times during a session. Office Policies: Payment is due in full at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. If a check is not sufficiently funded a returned check fee of $35.00 will be billed to you. Please be on time for your appointment, a shortened session will be charged at the full rate. A 24-hour notice is expected in the event of cancellation or postponement, otherwise a fee of $40 will be charged. For a healthy environment please refrain from wearing fragrances, colognes, flower oils, perfumed products or strong deodorants. A referral from your primary health care provider is needed if you have an acute condition or are following a prescribed treatment. Weekday and Saturday appointments are available.         Lila helped me immensely. I needed a colonic to facilitate a difficult colonoscopy. She not only provided a professional, efficient service, she was very kind and understanding when the procedure was not easy for me. She is a heath care professional that one can trust!

        Finding Lila was one of the best things that has happened to my health in recent years. When my previous (distant) location for colon cleansing closed, I was concerned I wouldn't find another place that made me feel as comfortable and provided as many benefits. I saw Lila's ad, made an appointment, and never looked back. I promised myself I'd check out some other colon hydrotherapists but I know none will provide the quality, atmosphere and convenience that Lila does. She's very in tune with what's going on with me internally, and her schooling and bedside manner immediately put me at ease. My monthly appointments are like visiting a friend, with the benefit of helping to maintain my health. Everyone should try a treatment with Lila--regular visits to her comfortable and close location are one of the best things you can do for yourself.

        I want to start off by saying "I love Lila". I've spent many hours on her table for a colon cleanse. My first time was understandably nerve racking but I knew I needed to cleanse and diet wasn't moving things along the way I wished, so I saw Lila's add and checked her out. Best decision ever! I felt so good, no more bloat, my face cleared up because of the elimination of toxins, I decided this was the way I wanted to feel all the time. I stayed with Lila about 2 to 3 years till I moved south,. Every 6 weeks, give or take, and always looked forward to it knowing I'd feel better after the session.

        Since I've moved I'm lost without Lila. She puts you at ease and I recommend her expertise to any and all health minded people wanting to clean themselves up from the inside.

        Lila is wonderful! Make the decision to take responsibility for your health. You won't regret it :)
