The pharmacy staff and pharmacists are friendly, accurate, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They even suggested a manufacturer coupon that saved me hundreds on a prescription that wasn't covered by my insurance. The store is clean, well stocked, and nicely organized. Great selection and not too much cluttering the isles.

This pharmacy needs new management. I have used this pharmacy for many years. Since it was D&W and had just opened in Rockford. In the last year and a half or two, I have had many, MANY, mistakes on my and my husbands scripts. Just today I questioned why a script was not filled properly. I was told, by the pharmacist we fill over 200 scripts a day. We don't have time to check every little detail. OMG, IT'S A PHARMACY, SHOULDN'T THEY CHECK EVERY LITTLE DETAIL!!

Never have I been to a pharmacy that is so slow to fill a prescription. The staff is not very friendly either. Will be switching pharmacies soon!
