John is courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Not only did he repair two leaky outdoor faucets, he explained in detail how he was going to fix them. He also answered all my questions about future plumbing projects for my home. I highly recommend Big John , he is a gem in the Rockford region!

I strongly rec this plumber! He did a great job installing a basement sink in our home. Eventhough it took longer than he estimated he stayed with it until it was completed with exceptional workmanship. And he stayed as close as possible to the original estimate. The final bill was more than reasonable for the great work done. We will refer all our friends and colleagues to him for any plumbing needs!

Prompt reply and service. He installed a new water heater for me and did a good clean job. He did quality connections that met top safety standards for hook up and operation. He's trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use him for future needs in my home. Good communication.

i think big john should also teach them classes as to how to treat a person cause that person will become a lifelong CUSTOMER.

I would highly recommend Big John the plumber to all my family and friends! The list of pros go on and on. To start, he was conveniently available to come to my house the very next morning after I called, and he called me the morning of to confirm the appointment was still on, which I found very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail but in laymen's terms so that I could actually understand what he was talking about.
