        My Wife and I purchased our hot tub from Water by Design back in Oct. 2013. Let me tell you, it was one of the best purchasing experiences in my life. The Paul's were great to work with, everything was done that was promised and more. They came back and when over the tub when we first got it, which was a nice touch, and they have help me with any questions along the way. I would highly recommend Water by Design to anyone wanting to purchase a hot tub.

        Just bought a tub from these guys. I am beyond happy with the service I have received from them and they have gone above and beyond to deliver my tub and take care of it from the time I ordered it until the time I received it. Paul was very helpful in telling me all about the workings and design of the tub and Mark at the showroom was very helpful with ordering the tub as well as all the available options. I would recommend this company to anybody as the best place to buy a hottub anywhere near roanoke.
