Customers: Have your credit card ready for weekly calls! without even an invoice! never seen like it in any service provider. the claim was the insurance does not cover these services, although they I was told by this provider I should be covered.It turned out they need a payment every week, which is impossible in this industry. after checking with my insurance, I was told they are processing their claims. I don't think this is a clinic, if they cannot provide services like others, they should close the doors.
