The dental work is okay, but her manners are very poor. Unpredictable and moody behavior. I would not trust my child with her as she is unconcerned with hurting their feelings. There are many good dentists out there who are also pleasant to their patients, so no need to stop here.

This woman is horrible with small children. She got increasingly agitated when my daughter - a scared 4 year old - cried in the chair and then refused to give my child a "present," as PROMISED, when the exam was over until she said, "Yes, please, I would like a present.." She even went so far as to say, "I'm going to count to 3. If you want a present say Yes, please. 1...2..." I told her that that was quite enough. We left in a hurry and I had to explain to my very upset daughter why she didn't get a present.



I am not sure what's with this woman's need to exert control over small children, but a friend of mine had warned me that she had done something similar to her 3 year old. Her daughter wouldn't open her mouth at all and Dr. Coffey flat out refused to give her a prize at the end. Someone needs to explain to her that it's about so much more than her cheap little "presents." I don't know how I'm going to get my daughter to another dentist appointment after that experience.
