I have been calling all week to schedule an initial assessment.. no one answers.. I can not leave a voicemail to ANY extension because all their mail boxes are FULL!!!!

I had my refrigerator room ac weatherization and evap installed by tri state home improvements I am sooooo happy and very satisfied, I had no issues reaching agency, ladies were very friendly and informative, the installers were very clean and answered all my questions. Never answer the phone or return calls. Being calling for 3 days and leaving messages its ridiculous..

Horrible service. everything was done wrong and when someone came out to fix it, still did it wrong. Gave up and had someone else fix their poor quality work. Stay away from this business.

With a week in advance had appointment scheduled on 03/14 took day off from work, the contractor was not able to meet his appt. No call!!!! After awhile, I decided to call, scheduler over booked & they were not willing to work with my schedule after I missed work....poor customer service.
