        This place is beautiful!! I have lived here for 2 mos now and have a family with 3 kids. When we first moved in we were given the wrong price because the lady had did her math wrong... Ended up having to give an additional thousand down. Secondly I don't see very many families here, I was told this was a family oriented environment, pool is not heated like they say, it seems that someone is always complaining of anything you do, I feel like I have to walk on egg shells everywhere and my kids can not enjoy it here because someone is always watching and will tell management. If you just have a spies this place will be perfect, this is not a place for families due to the fact that the population here is older and like their peace. I feel like I was fooled coming into this place.

        Raincross Promenade was very nice when I first moved in.... over time, I can see things slowly starting to not be cared for as they once were.. barbeques are consistantly left uncleaned, pool area has gone uncleaned for days on end, elevataors have stained carpets and seldom cleaned. Management staff has gone down hill, the concern and care they once had, just doesn't seem to be there, this is shown by a lack of presence from current Manager.. they never walk the grounds to observe anything. Quality of people renting here has a lot to be desired! Not as "secure" as advertised. Hope it improves or I'll have to start looking elsewhere.
