Kim Physical Therapy

Very unprofessional and porely managed. Kim is a nice guy and I've had a session with him but he's literally the only physical therapist at this place. He does everyone's appointment so It's a one man show. I had an appointment at 2 pm and was stuck in a room for an hour with not any human interaction. an hour after that I came out of the room because I was starting to get pain. I saw my dad whose my ride. He said "all finished?" And I told him "they haven't even gotten to me yet" he just went in a room to start with the appointment I front of me and there was even another customer that was behind my appointment. I started to get in pain so I had to cancel the appointment. If you don't have pain, feel like waiting the whole day for an appointment, and want to go somewhere where they don't value your time this is the place for you!
