What can I say. It started pretty good the owner (Jaime) comes and takes measurements and tells me they should be ready in within 2 weeks probably sooner so I give him a $1000 deposit. I call him a week and and a half later so we can schedule the install. He never answers my call and his voicemail is full I can't leave a message. I text him and ask him to call me and he says he is at the DMV and can't take calls. i ask him if anyone else from his company can call me to schedule the installation and text me back "They can install next they are going to begin work Thursday let me know if you still want them or if you want a refund". I tell him to call me. To my surprise he finally calls me and is upset cursing and says I will just send you a check for your refund. He had not started any work and my check was cashed. Hopefully I get my money back.
