Big John's Plumbing

I liked this Plummer because they tell you the price up front no surprise. Ben was polite, and on time! 👍🏼He replaced a ring in my toilet and was super nice to check my 2nd toilet tightening bolts to be safe. The only thing I did NOT like is no paper receipt. They have to email it. 🙄Doesn’t help my record keeping or me having to find it in my 400 emails then print it.

Big John's Plumbing is my new plumber! I originally had another plumber come to clear my kitchen drain. When he couldn't get it cleared he called out another guy who said I needed to run a camera. I was then told that my drain was no good and I need to replace it, costing almost $3000.00. I called Big John's and he was able to get it unclogged. He recommended a clean out be installed which I had him do today and it cost me a lot less than the $3000.00 I was quoted from the other plumber. He also ran a camera and found nothing wrong with my line!

My kitchen drain was completely backed up and I was literally doing dishes in my bathtub! I called Big John's Plumbing. They came out that afternoon and took care of the issue for less than I had to spend last time. I have had them out two more times for unrelated issues and have been pleased both times by their service, courteous explanations about my issue and options, and price. These will be my guys forever!

Funny how some people will do anything to collect some money anyway possible. I call this plumber to get a quote for a job. Owner John asks me to text him the property address so i send him my text with details. They go out and Marvin one of their plumbers call me and leaves me a message to call back. I call back and no one gets the phone so I leave a message to call me back as soon as possible due to the urgency of the repair. No call so I text back and request to find out what happened and to send me their estimate to my email or a photocopy of their estimate. No response until 2 weeks later I get a text asking for my last name so they can send me a bill for $105 service charge. Crooks. A month later I get a call asking for money so I kindly explain to them what happened and they tell me they sent the invoice to my email. I never received the email so I ask the lady what email address did you send to. She gives me the wrong email address so I let her know you sent to the wrong email address. I check to see if i sent John the wrong email address but no the email address I sent the owner is correct. So clearly some idiot did not send the quote to the correct email. Conversation leads to them threatening me that they will send this invoice to collections. They will get nothing from me for this rather I will make sure all my contractors, clients, and friends in the area never use this company ever again.

He was on time and charged me a lot less than Roto Rooter was quoting me. He was very honest and told me exactly what he was going to do. Would defintely recommend to others.
