If I could rate as 0 stars I would have. The place has been "going out of business" forever and it would be better for everyone if it did already.



Customer service is terrible



Called after 2 weeks of no word on our order and the receptionist said she would have the salesman check and call back. Hours later I called again to ask what the status was and the same woman asked me my name and number again as if the first call had never happened. I told her this was ridiculous and said I would be there in 20 minutes.



When I walked in I was greeted by the salesman who told me to get the F out of the store and he was calling the cops. ???



they dropped my ottoman outside of the store and I had to carry it to my car myself



apparently wanting to pick up your things is not very high on this place's list of acceptable client wants



this place is run by clowns, don't waste your time because there really weren't any good deals anyway

They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Two months ago I ordered table pads for my dining room table and paid cash. They told me I would have them in 2-3 weeks. I called back 1 month later and asked for an update, they called to get an update and said they found out the pads were just sitting there for two weeks and they didn't know why and they would ship on Monday (It was Friday.) Well, as of this week they still have not arrived. I called on Monday of this week for another update and they said they would get back to me on Tuesday. As of today, Thursday I had not heard back from them so I call again today. The guy hangs up the phone and then calls me back in a few minutes to tell me they would not be shipping for another two weeks because the place they get the pads from is going on vacation. Worst run around I have ever seen and a very poor way to run a business. The salesmen was rude on the phone as well. I highly suggest not supporting this place and giving them anymore money. Beyond frustrated.
