My coworker ordered from there, they told her it would be ready at 1:00pm, she arrived at 12:50 and was told it would be ready at 1:30, she still had to wait another 30 mins. Orders were missing, salads had wrong lettuce. Very rude customer service. The last time I order from RS. They barely deserve a "1" rating today....

Overall

The southwestern soup was aweful, the comeback dressing is just katchup, and the grilled chicken salad is FULL of onions. When I called to speak to someone about it they were rude and very unfriendly. I will not be back!

Have ordered from there twice. Each time, they left out several items on my salad I requested and paid extra for. They second time I ordered from there, I ordered soup and salad, paid for both, and they did not bring my soup. Waited 45 minutes each time for food to arrive and work 1/2 of a mile from their location. I do not recommend their services. Too pricey for low quality service. The food wasn't great either.
