I used Williams and Fogg to repair a leak in our washing machine pipes. They sent Doug out to fix it. The repair was masterful, complete and done quickly. I called other plumbers but they were late getting back to me. W/F were on the spot. The cost of the repair job was unbelievable low. I submitted an inquiry online looking to get a compressor installed. A short time after I was called by one of your technicians, Lawrence. Lawrence was very caring and empathetic when he talked to me. I was very upset because I felt that the previous person had took advantage of me. I was dealing with an independent contractor and has since paid him nearly 600$ and he still left me with a problem that he was unable to fix. Lawrence made me feel comfortable and confident that he would be able to help me. Before the end of the work day Lawrence came out and had my air running within matter of minutes and I didn't even need a new compressor!! He's very compassionate about his work, I could tell by the way he listen and explained everything to me. I'm so grateful to yur company for having a person like Lawrence as part of your team. My plumber had a emergency and didn’t arrive during the window of time I was given. However, when I called the office, a new plumber was quickly dispatched, who was very professional and efficient. The cost was high, but I think pretty standard for plumbing in general. Overall, it was a good experience.

After calling a couple HVAC companies I called WIlliams and Fogg services. The lady that answered the phone was very professional and sounded like they wanted to help us. We had them come out to replace our A/C unit and we are glad we used Williams and Fogg Services

I called Williams & Fogg plumbing on Saturday morning when all the sinks on my main floor had backed up. They were out later than afternoon, spent the 1-2 hours fixing my sinks and charged me a pretty reasonable rate. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use them again. Plus, they have emergency service which is good to know since my plumbing problems always seem to happen on the weekends!

We recently bought a real fixer-upper in Richmond. The guy who owned the house before claimed to be a handy man, but clearly was not. The plumbing through out the whole house was a mess. A friend told us about Williams and Fogg after I was complaining about the outrageous estimate another plumbing company gave us. We had Williams and Fogg at our house for over 12 days to repair the water heater, remodel the guest bathroom and replace faucets and fixtures all through out the house. We were only without a bathroom for 2 days. The guys who worked on the house couldn't have been nicer and were all very hard workers. Looks like a brand new house!

A friend of mine recommended William Fogg Heating and Air to me. The serviceman who installed our new toiled did a great job. He was fast and friendly and completely cleaned up his mess. I was so impressed with his work that we had him come back to install 3 new ceiling fans, a new faucet in one of our bathrooms as well as put in new outlets throughout the house. We had to hire one guy to do both electric and plumbing work. I was very impressed!
