From bad customer service skills to a severe lack of maintenance, they are not worth your investment. They will take every dime and then some when you move out. Normal wear and tear means nothing to them. Be prepared for a severe increase in rent after your first year. If you chose to move there be prepared and bring your own roach repellant, they spray once a year and I swear it attracted them more than it killed them. Never have I been more disgusted with a company as I am with them.
