Pet Valu

Took my 4 pound Terrier pet puppy to Pet Valu to be Groomed. He had a 1:00 o'clock appointment I was told by the groomer Zena that I could stay or pick him up roundest 3:30pm. When I got back at 4:00 our 4 pound puppy was not ready. She told me to give her about 30 minutes. When I returned she apologize to me and said the puppy had some paste on his ear because he would not be very still at all. I payed her and upon returning to the car in a matter of seconds my wife and my granddaughter were cover in blood, not only was his grooming a mess with a very uneven hair cut all over. His ear was cut with a chunk of flesh missing forever and his foot was bleeding none stop. she call apologizing we told her our situation and that we were at pet smart purchasing something to stopped the bleeding. She Said that if we return she would give us something to stop the bleeding. After this very bad experience with Zena at Pet Valu at Willow Lawn Richmond VA . Never a recommendation.
