        Perrin Construction has replaced all of my home's windows, HVAC, and as of January, my hot water heater, which died the day before the storm. Kennon met me at Home Depot to pick out the heater, loaded it into my truck, contacted the plumber for the gas line and had it installed and working before the blizzard hit 24 hours later. I would have been without water for 3 days if he hadn't taken care of this so quickly.

        Thank you for this herculean effort.
