They showed up three hours later than usual. I explained that my six month old was taking a nap and asked if they could try and be quiet. They went to my bathroom and immediately dropped something (sounded like the vacuum) on my ceramic tile floor and woke up the baby. I went downstairs to try and get out of the way. As my baby and I were sitting on my kitchen floor playing with some toys, a full bag of garbage came flying down from my two story banister and almost hit us. The garbage was followed by all the cleaning supplies that were upstairs. They had thrown it from the second story onto my hardwood floor. I was in total shock and still can't believe it. I approached them about what was just done and they told me that they looked to make sure we weren't where they were throwing. They left soon after, leaving deep puddles of water on my hardwood floor where they had mopped. Needless to say, I have gashes in my hardwood floor among other damamge.
