Zebra Carpet Cleaning

If I could give a big fat ZERO for this company, I would!! The supposed Manager/Owner, Jimmy Garcia is VERY unprofessional!! The technicians were very professional enough and hardworking, as stated in reviews above, but the Manager (of all people) was completely rude and unprofessional! I am surprised this company is still in business with someone like that overseeing things! We had our patio cushions cleaned on a Thursday for a party we were having Saturday. They still smelled and had pet hair covering them when they dried by the next morning, so I asked them to come back and correct it. They scheduled an appt for the following Monday....well, they never called, never showed up. I called them back again to reschedule yet again for today...guess what, no call, no one shows up! I call the company, and the manager gets on the phone, and wonders "what's the problem? I give you service....maybe the dog got back on the cushions!...ummm, seriously within 12 hours the dog has them right back to how they looked before (and btw they were not even where the dog could even touch them while they dried!) anyhow...I asked to just get my $200+ I paid to have 12 patio cushions cleaned...the MANAGER said, no we provided the service, no money back, have a great day! Guess what their website advertises?? Five Stars Services, 30 Day Guarantee, and 100% Satisfaction!! I strongly recommend that you stay away from this company (whichever you may see them advertised...Zebra Carpet Cleaning or just "Carpet Services" - which is how they answer the phone and brand the tech's shirts...a little fishy, but anyways....if that isn't HORRIBLE customer service, I am not sure what is! (Fulshear/Katy area)
