Restoration Furniture

About 5 years ago, I used them to remake a chair. They did a wonderful job and when it came time to do another piece, I thought I would use them again.

This experience couldn't have been more different. They were rude and didn't keep me apprised of the situation regarding doing my pieces. I asked in early September about when I would be put on their schedule because I wanted the pieces by Thanksgiving. I was told I was rude and I should take my business elsewhere.

I don't know why the change in attitude but I will NEVER use them again. The only thing positive I can say about this experience is that I found another upholsterer that did my work immediately, for a better price and I had the pieces in early October.
