They will schedule you for a pour and then claim they never scheduled you. This company has very little backbone. They lie very frequently and they dont stand behind any of their actions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I just purchased 16 cubic yards of concrete from Gulf Coast , the purchase and delivery part was easy ; however they sent me two different kinds of cement! The first 8 cubic yards that were delivered was fine but the second truck was WAY TO DRY AND WAS A DIFFERENT COLOR AND CONCISTENTCY ........ WHEN I TRIED TO GET THIS FIXED THE SALES MANAGER TOLD ME THAT HE DOES NOT CARE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE OR THAT I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY MY CONCRETE FINISHERS EXTRA TO FIX THE BAD CEMENT THAT THEY DELIVERED AND THAT HE WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE BAD YARDAGE UNLESS I TOOK IT TO COURT AND THE COURT ORDERED A REFUND ON THE BAD CEMENT...... IM REALLY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS BECAUSE THE FIRST 8 YARDS WERE SO NICE AND I WANT BOTH HALFS TO MATCH.
