Essence Of Body Medical Spa

Don't go there! My first appointment went smoothly as I went there to get a prescription for Latisse (the eyelash grower). I paid $25 for the appt. and saw a nice lady named Pam who wrote out my prescription for me right in front of me (perhaps the slip was already signed by a doctor but Pam filled out the scrip). I asked her if I needed to come back in every time I needed a refill and she said no, to get my pharmacy to fax a refill request and they would refill it without the appt. Fast forward 8 weeks, I call to get the fax and say that I had a prescription that needed refilling. The Doc (Dr. Fagbhoun) I spoke with was very short with me and said they don't do that and I have to pay $50 for an appt. I tried to explain that I was there and asked him to look up my appt from June and HE HUNG UP ON ME. Yes, a grown professional man hung up on me like a 6 year old. I immediately called back and a woman answered who kept puting me on hold so she could talk to the doc who was standing there relaying messages like a child. She finally looked up my appt. and realized I had not been to the Medical part of the spa (which is an OB/GYN) but had seen the Aesthetic side. They said I should call back the next day to speak with Pam about getting the refill. These people are unprofessional, rude, and honestly just plain stubborn. If they had calmly listened to me from the beginning, they could have easily understood what I was asking for... a dang fax number. Shame on you Dr. Fagbhou - I hope you lose some business over this cause I will be posting this review EVERYWHERE.
