        Overall

        I had an appointment scheduled for Jerry to come out today between 12 and 2. No one showed up. When I called the number at 2:00, Jerry answered (I could barely understand him with all the background noise), and he told me he had no appointment scheduled with me. I took today off of WORK to be here for this estimate. Maybe Eagle Patio Covers doesn't care about my time, but I do. This is ridiculous and poor business management and customer service. RIDICULOUS!!!! Do not use this company.
