Handy-Dan's Home Repairs

My realtor used Handy-Dan for my home which was being rented. He purchased and installed carpet in the living room. He charged

$800 for install and CHEAP commercial grade carpet. Had a licensed contractor doing some work and he told me I got ripped off...should have been $400 including install.....CHEAP carpet...had to change it in a year....thanks for nothing Handy Dan!
