STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
We decided to use this company for a home we were selling that was vacant. The most important thing that you would want is proper screening. We trusted them. The people they had move into our place had and amazing adverse record just by googling them and looking at free public web sites like Washington court lookup, these people were a party to over 20 cases as a defendant in Washington alone. We asked, after having unbelievable problems with these people, what do you people do to screen these people. We were told a local background check, which is ridiculous, I should be nationwide! If it was even a local check, what the heck would do hey deny a person for? 26 court cases ? What could their criteria be for denying a person as a client? A child molesting murderer? would that person be ok regarding their screening procedures? I don’t even think they ran a credit check, and if They do, I can’t imagine these folks being acceptable to anyone other than these people. They advertise that your house will be staged, what a joke in our situation. They told us the couple had two children, they had 4 young children !! increasing the wear and tear on our home and if we were told this, we would have chosen not to have that many people in our home .
We are now trying to evict these people and that is costing us a huge amount of money and time.
I do not recommend this company for these reasons and more. We would’ve been better off picking someone up outside the jail to stay in our home!!!
