Enviroclean & Restoration

I called Enviroclean when our water heater flooded my home. They said they'd be out within 30-45 minutes and they arrived about 35 minutes! I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and their ability to keep me calm in assuring they'd take care of everything, and they did! My wood floors needed drying as well as my walls. I had some expensive and very old wool rugs that had gotten wet and they took them cleaned them and even repaired some areas of fringe that were damaged! They worked with my insurance and made the whole process very easy! They did a great job and anyone looking for a reputable company, I recommend them! Great job guys! Thank you!

In an emergency situation I called Environclean & Restoration and when the guy picked up the phone he sounded hungover. He took down my information and told me he was on his way within the hour. He called back at the last minute and told me I would need to use another company. I do not recommend these guys.
