Hilltop In The Highlands

Rent is due on the 3rd and the office on site is closed. They do not take personal checks so you have to pay with money order or as they perfer online. To make paying rent difficult they but an out of order plaque on the drop slot so you cant pay after hours. So you have to get a money order and pay at the crown point apartments a mile away during buisness hours on or befor the 3rd. I think you should be able to pay at hilltop in the drop slot thats been covered. Also there is a pond infront of my apartment thats been there for a year and ive been told by the manager that I couldnt put a work order in for it. The problem is that the drain doesnt go to anything. Me and my nieghbors had problems with masquitos this summer. They were givin a $6000. Quote to put a drain in but they wont pay to fix it. Several times theyve had to pump the pond because it covers the sidewalk and almost floods the down stairs apartment. Ive had all sorts of problems with management and althou the apartments are nice its not worth dealing with management and maintence.
