Dr. Zamboni was great, but the rest was a nightmare. Entered my birth date wrong so my insurance company kicked it back, they changed it supposedly 3 times but never did even after Dr. Zamboni caught it. Continually claiming to file my claim but never did. Don't expect phone calls returned in the billing department, because they don't. Show up is your best bet go to the basement is where you will find that department. My prescriptions were written wrong by the MA. I ended up paying the 400.00 for 2 visits, even though my insurance would have paid 100%. Just a shame because I like Dr. Zamboni, they need to clean house and hire a friendly, professional staff.

I loved Dr. Farrimond but with other insurance I had to go elsewhere. I found out I could see him paying out of network costs and being ok with that I walked in to see him only to find out that a billed 29$ bill that wasn't paid by my former insurance company( that I never new about) wasn't paid and sent to collections I could never see him again. Ever if I paid the billed that I did not know about i could never be a be seen again this is wrong even if offered to pay it and not fight insurance. I was told it was policy.
