Slip and Fall Injury

Joe engineered a $4.0 million dollar jury verdict for a 56 year old mentally challenged man who was badly burned by a defective commercial high pressure cooker in a case where the defense offered only $50,000 pre-trial to settle the case. Joe received a $1,000,000 jury verdict for a 45 year old woman who slipped a fell at a local car dealership, which is still the highest jury verdict in Washoe County arising out of a slip and fall injury.
