Really great service! Technician from Mr. Drain Plumbing was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what the problem, all the options, is and then expertly continues to clean the drain. He came within an hour’s, and there was no extra Emergency fee. Another thing that I liked was excellent customer service! I hopefully will not need a plumber soon again, but if I do I will immediately call Mr. Drain Plumbing. I even purchased a lifetime Advantage Plan Membership. Thanks again.

When I called, they came within an hour, discovered that there was an outside plug in the drain (roots), and came the next day to dig out and repair. The personnel were quick, cooperative, and pleasant. I recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing help. Technician from Mr. Drain Plumbing were very helpful and efficient, as were their back-hoe operator and helper.

Mr Rescue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning plumbing installed a water heater for me on a Saturday. I thought the amount was going to be huge but he kept the same usual rate. He was very pleasant guy! I'm pleased to have called him.
